Two colored alpha’s are good to start with, there are also colorful pictures that you can do – but that’s something you should only consider when you know how to change colors in your bracelet. Letters are good to start with, you only need two colors and two kinds of knots, (with the normal pattern you use normally 4 knots) you only work from the left to the right and back with your work sting and make knots on the way over every base string, except you make a knot with the color of the base strings, when you don’t change strings in your bracelet – what I would consider, when you to start working on your first alpha pattern.
